Building new PC gotta question

What is OEM for Windows XP Pro?
What's the different for Windows XP Pro - OEM and
Windows XP Pro-Retail?

Which one should i get?

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16837116195

What is the difference between the 2?

Re: Building new PC gotta question

If you get an OEM disk you have to purchase a new license in the event you upgrade your motherboard/PC or your motherboard needs replacement.
