[SOLVED] Problems...
Recently I decided to build a new computer (m/b - Asus P5N32-E + Vista 64) and was unable to use the CD that came with the m/b from the start, I downloaded drivers for the sound card and I am unable to use my mic. I haven't updated my bios or anything like that. I am a first time builder and would like as much help as possible.
I've had everything setup for about a week and I've been having problems with my internet(super slow). I managed to transfer files from my old computer to this one but because of my internet problem, I got frustrated and decided to do a Clean Install. I just can't get this problem resolved, I've googled to figure out what I can do, but everything I do doesn't seem to work. The problem is that (while playing a game) my connection to the server is normal, but I can feel the lag with my connection, the only games I've played and noticed this problem was with WoW and BF2 (havent had time to install others because of multiple Clean Installs). In WoW my ping is just a bit above normal but I sometimes see people run in the same spot then shoot to another and in BF2 my ping is normal but I sometimes get the "Problem with connection..." text in the middle of the screen and just recently I was kicked for "losing key packets". I searched around the internet for a solution and some people say it could be because IPv6 is enabled and my modem/isp doesnt support it? |
