Looking for help on a budget gaming pc

Not new to computers, But I sold my desktop recently to a friend for $300. So I'm out to buy an even better one.

1. Budget: $500-$700. Kind of low on cash.

2. Brands: I'm good for anything. Processor-wise, I've used both. So, if one price beats another, I'll take it.

3. Multitasking: Yes, mostly Internet, instant messenger, MS Office, any other programs.

4. Gaming: Yes. I'm looking for this computer to be a gaming based pc. I play Guild Wars, Battlefield 2, CounterStrike, Ragnarok Online.

5. Calculations: Not so much, but I'm looking at VLC Media Player while gaming.

6. Overclocking: No planned overclocking.

7. Storage: No Harddrives needed. I've got 4 already.

8. Legacy Support: Yes (just to have support), even though i wont use PS/2 devices.

9. Operating System: Vista (not sure which bit is better, 32 or 64)

10. Case: Preferrably the Antec Nine Hundred case

11. Accessories: Any cheap usb keyboard will do.

12. Recycled Components: No.

13. Monitor: Not needed.

14. Stores: Newegg, Zipzoomfly, and other recommended places.

15. Location: USA
