How much themal paste do you use?

Well I am currently building my new gaming rig im about to install my cpu fan onto my cpu what id like to know is just how much thermal paste do you need and hows the best way to apply it.

The processor is a intel Q6600 and the fan is a

Also id like to know should I add thermal paste to anything else and how much.

Place a Small squirt - No larger than a grain of rice in the Center of the CPU. Take a Credit card and smudge the paste around the top of the cpu.

You only need a very small amount, enough to cover the microscopic gaps .

You dont need to apply the thermal paste anywhere else. Good luck.
