Verifying hardware compatability

Heya, i cant afford to go completely DX10 but id like to upgrade my 2004/5 level system to be able to play Crysis even if its limited settings, and it'd be nice to play CS:S well and be able to fraps at high frame rate in both games. So i been looking at these parts which i can afford with the leftover of a mere two pay checks.

This is my CURRENT motherboard

http://www.asrockamerica.com/Products/775dual880p.htm

..................

This is what CPU i was looking at

http://ple.com.au/snapshot.php?inventory_id=27891 AUD$95

...................

Gfx card also, this one i thought was good for not a 8800 series

http://ple.com.au/snapshot.php?inventory_id=30811 AUD$230

..........

my overall question is do you believe all that combo to be compatible?

i really cant seem to get accurate spec from asrock support sites, and i dont want to ring them....annoying haha

Instead empart me with some glorious wisdom please <3 much thanks crew.

Re: Verifying hardware compatability

Its looking good and will work together, That gpu will run crysis on low/med ( my 6800xt runs it on low fine, just to give you an idea ).

You'll probably need a new Power supply too though to provide more 'juice' to that card.
