To alert those who are building, who may also want a laptop, to this, as there is no "hot deals" forum.

I suppose this is a good laptop.

A manufacturer of a good quality desktop will not necessarily make good laptops. HP/Compaq is a good example. They make very nice desktops but there laptops leave more to be desired.
