No payment for me!
I did a call for Alliance Technical Solutions the first part of December, and have never received payment for it! I have faxed, and re-faxed my paperwork, called and emailed, but still haven't gotten a check. Anyone else have any ideas. The call was two visits and about 3 1/2 hours total.

My business started accepting service calls from ATS in July 05. I had to stay on top of them to get every single payment. The last check I received from them for $900, bounced. I scrambled as soon as I found out to try and contact them. I have several phone numbers for ATS including the owner's, Jason Fogus, cell and home phone numbers. No answer at any of the numbers. Leaving messages had no effect. I contacted TX State Attorney General's Office, FBI, Federal Post Master General, Arlington Police Department..... I knew someone in Arlington and she went by the ATS office for me and said it was locked and dark. At least I had a check, even though it bounced, I resubmitted it and so far it looks like it might clear. Your best bet would be to contact the Texas State Attorney General's Office, Economic Division, Tarrant County, White Collar Crime, 817-335-1239. Please post progress.

They appear to be national. See website, www.allteks.net, for company info.

ATS? I've sub-contracted for them since 2004...
I have worked/sub-contracted for ATS since Oct 2004. They always paid me up until this past February-(much prodding involved, but I got paid). None of the checks sent to me ever bounced. The last 4 or 5 checks I did receive, Jennifer-(Jason's sister who did his accounting for him/ATS) always overnighted them to me and they came from Chase Bank out of Louisville, KY. I assume they came from there since I live in Northern KY. Anyhow, as of 15 June 2006, they-(ATS) owe me $1643.00. I have tried everything I know how to -(in my power)- to get hold of Jason, Jennifer, even Cindi and Christina who answered their phones, etc.....Christina quit working for ATS to back to her previous job to make more $$$$. I have e-mailed Jason and Cindi and received NO reply. I have called both Jason and Jennifer's cell phone only to leave several messages. It really bums me out to think that he did this to this many people. I truly thought and felt he was different. One thing I am glad about though is the fact that "windjammer" has tried so many ways to get hold of them as well. Those of you who have only lost a little, count it as a blessing. As for "windjammer" and myself, I am continually praying that GOD convicts Jason in a way that he knows he has done wrong and truly wants to correct it. I know the $1600 would greatly help my family and pay bills, but crying over isn't going to help either. "Windjammer", I appreciate your attitude and the way yo have personally dealt with this situation. GOD will reward you for that. I truly believe it. The State of Texas Atty Gen's Office only accepts calls every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month...so I guess I have to wait until next week. Being in business for myself-{AGAPE Consulting & Technical Solutions-for only a year, this one truly hurts. I jsut pray and have faith that GOD WILLwork it out--- Thanks for listing and thanks for the info! ...in "HIM!" |

Ats
ATS is national. I would urge those of you who have not received payment from ATS to contact the Texas State Attorney General's Office to file a complaint form. Here's the link http://www.tarrantda.com/whitecollar/complaintform.htm/
The complaint form initiates an investigation. If we get enough of them submitted from all over the country, that should get someone's attention. It would be a good thing for Jason (ATS) to have to take responsibility for his actions. |

...maybe some progress?
I just got off the phone with the "Economics Crime Unit"-(817.884.1661) in Tarrant County, Texas. Naturally the lady that answered sent me to the site that "windjammer" sent me to yesterday. Needless to say I have just printed out the complaint form and am going to fill it out, then fax it in. She also said the more people who do this, the better---duh! She also mentioned that there is a 3-4 week delay due to the amount of caseloads ongoing. I know this much, I'm going to do what I can! Take care....

I did a search on the web for Jason Fugus, Arlington TX, came up with a phone #, did a reverse search on the phone # and came up with a home address of 6006 Fanin Drive, Arlington TX 76001-0788. Not sure it's right but it's what I found in public info available on the web. From Google Earth you can zoom right in to the neighborhood. It's either a bogus address or a new house because, last time I looked it showed up as an empty lot.

They Got Me Too
I'm not sure why but it's somehow comforting to know that I wasn't the only one that had problems with this company. I got stuck with $305.00 not being paid. I have read all the posts and I've printed the complaint form and will fill it out and send it in also. Has anyone had any luck at all? I'm thinking about going to my lawyer and asking him if I have grounds to charged the business (not ATS, but ATS customer) that benefitted from the work I did. I think I will first send them an invoice and see if they pay it. What can I loose right? Has anyone else thought of doing this?
Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to email me directly at bill@onsitefast.com. Thanks Bill Smith |

Comforting?
I did finally fax my complaint form to the Tarrant County DA's Office. I hav not heard anything back from them concerning this . I sent them 20 pages including the 4 or 5 for the form itself. I do have another local friend from the Cincy area whom ATS owes over $2,000! I directed him to the site windjammer sent me -(us)- to. Hopefully, if enough of us do this, something positive will happen?.?.?.
Who knows? 'Cept the Man upstairs! Keep up the postings......and updates! Thanks... ...in "HIM!" <>< smeadows00 |

Return letter from Tarrant CO. DA's Office
I received a letter today-(10 July 2006) from the Tarrant County DA's Office. They said that the $1674.00 "ATS" owes me/my company is NOT something that they-(DA's Office) need to handle. They recommend that I contact a "Civil Attorney" in order to pursue my claim. WOW! I am truly bummed out now!

I'm the guy who ATS owes over $2k to.
I am interested in getting the cell phone numbers for Jason and his accountant (his sister). Perhaps I could speak to them about this and still get it cleared up. Highly doubtful, but worth a shot. Also, would anyone be willing to join up in a class-action lawsuit of some kind? I'm assuming it would help save some time and money that way. Please e-mail me at exastream - at - yahoo.com if you have any helpful information or if you want to join me in some type of legal action. Last edited by yustr : 07-12-2006 at 04:35 AM. |
