Pretty unlikely. Most small businesses are started with the owners funds or from relatives. If necessary start parttime and just put all profits back into the business. Good luck.

Whatever you do, steer well clear of the charlatans who claim to be able to help you land government grants.

Go see your local Small Business Administration office. Web link HERE

Your state may also have an office that helps. Also look into what your state does for retraining and adult education; they may have programs to help start businesses.
