What is the best way to fix a customer's virus problem?

Do you install one of those "free" av programs, do you sell them Norton or McAfee, or do you install a copy of your AV fix the problem then uninstall? (Seems like the latter might not be ethical though)

I am just getting started in business, and this was in my mind to ask. I am glad I found this forum :)

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

When you go pro you will notice that one or two softwares will not suffice. If I were you i would read the hjt log help section here to become familiar with the clean up process. Since it is free computer help for everyone they are recommending the free tools and they are well tested and tried methods and they sure do work. Some softwares might have conditions to be careful about. Make sure you read their terms and conditions.

regards.
