Keyboard shortcut?

I'm looking for a short cut to do a refresh without having to click the mouse, any ideas?

Does anyone know of the existance of the rumored "Big List" of Windows hotkeys... there supposedly some that aren't in the users manual... I believe F2 to rename is one of them
