Disk failure after Ghost restore
Help please,
I have run sysprep on a hard disk and it has completed and shut down. I have then connected the hard drive to another pc and made an image of the disk using full back up in Ghost 9. I have then restored the image to one of the other disks which I wish to deploy the configuration to and marked the drive which contains the OS as active. However when I put the disk back into the machine I get the disk failure error. I have looked in the BIOS and it has marked the drive as a slave drive. If I force the BIOS to use it as the master drive it just fails. Any help would be much appreciated. |
