We use Microsoft Small Business Accounting for invoicing and receipts. When out in the field, we handwrite a receipt using a standard receipt pad purchased at an office supply store.

My System

I'm using phpBMS (www.kreotek.com). An Open Source billing/CRM/inventory manager that runs on PHP and MySQL. It has good security, and by having it on my website I can create quotes/orders/invoices, or just add new client info, from anywhere.

And it's FREE!
