Release forms
for those of you doing computer repair work use release forms to protect you from lost data. If so what do they look like/ include?

We encourage you to backup your important files before turning your system in for maintenance. {Company} makes no guarantees, implied or expressed, as to the safety of Customer's data." This is on the back side of every Quote/Invoice (along with a lot more).
Then, to be sure, I back up their drive to my server and hold it for 30 days ...
