I am currently transferring everything to phpBMS. This is a web-based CRM and billing/inventory system. Open Source (gotta love the OS community!).
So far, it looks pretty good. It is new, so there are still issues to deal with (importing data, etc.), but it works, seems solid, and has a good future. http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpbms/

We use Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2006 in conjunction with Outlook and Business Contact Manager. Slick, and we love it.

www.commitcrm.com with MYOB... however i'm currently coding something in asp.net as I don't like non intergrated stuff.
commitcrm is hard to beat in its current state and it's only improving. |

Check out *****. (disclaimer: I built it)
It's made just for small businesses. You can make invoices, estimates, proposals, receipts and billing statements. It tracks payments and you can create a variety of reports with it. It has many other features too and I'll keep adding more. Probably best of all, it's only $29.95 per year. Bill Last edited by Chevy : 09-14-2006 at 11:43 AM. ??
I understand the prohibition on adverstising, but at the same time if the program is useful, wouldn't it be in the best interests of all if this rule were "relaxed". I suppose if the person were spamming the threads trying to sell the program, that would be one thing, but it was offered as an option to a direct question asking for a program of this time.
At least that is how it appears to me ? Is this a situation of a rule being (overly, IMO) stringently applied, or is there more to it ? Thanks, Mezto |

If the poster was an established member, then I may have made a different call. However, it was that individual's one (and as of now only) post, advertising his own product for his own financial gain.
