sims 2 + the university exppack

Hallo

I have the sims 2 + the university exppack installed on my computer.

But whenever i start the game it comes up with the first pop-up and then back to desktop and then nothning else happens. plz help!!http://www.techsupportforum.com/imag...on_redface.gif

What do you mean with 1st Popup... the movie clip (I think there are 2 EA Games fist and then the annoying one with some Sims hopping around....I deleted both :D :D
or do you actually get the screen with the filling blocks?
Did you test the base game before you installed Univ extension??
Since you're on Vista, try to run the game as Admin (rightclick, Run as Administrator) just to see if the Error is right related

all drivers upto date?
