Super Mario RPG lol I need help!

I'v been playing Super Mario RPG on an emulator primearly for nostolgia reasons. But I have come to a dead end in the game.

I'm in boosters tower
I cannot jump from this ledge to the other ledge in front of me. I'm stuck. PLease help.

I tried using to different emulators snes9x and zsneswin. Niether of them let me perform a sufficiant jump

PLease help me techsupport!

More than likley its an error within the rom. I hope you own the original copy

so as not to be infringing on any copyrights. Anyway Its the rom is say. I got alot of those types of errors when I used to play SNES roms before. Especially ones that are large in size. Perhaps the guy who created the rom just didnt finish it.

when i play supermario rpg when i try to equip items the game just freezes is it the emulator or the rom or do i have to wait and it will start workin again?
