pokemon tcg

err this is not a puter game, yet i hope someone here may be able to help out.mods, kindly remove the post if it's against the rules
i have bought a pokemon theme deck(by wizards of the coast) and i looked into the "www.pokemon-tcg.com " site

for rules.in the learn to play section there is a reference to poke-powers and poke-bodies.it says "some poke-powers

can be used only once per turn".but i cannot find any list of "once per turn" or "multiple times per turn" poke

powers.how am i to differentiate between those powers i can use once and those that are usable multiple times?the

site doesnt give me a contact address to request their clarification hence i am posting here

I'm not a Pokemon fan but I do understand the mechanics of games made by Wizards of the Coast. The individual cards will tell you how the ability can be played in a turn. Some abilities can be played multiple times per turn based on energy/mana/whatever and others will be once per turn just because that's what it says.
