Morrowind and Monitor Problems

I just bought a Realsync 8ms 17" LCD monitor and Morrowind gives me a Render Creation Error: "Creation failed: Could not match desired full screen mode" message. I can play in 1024x768 mode but nothing higher with this new monitor. I should also mention that I can play Morrowind in all resolutions using my Realsync 17" 16ms LCD monitor hooked up as my secondary monitor (I have a dual LCD monitor setup). I'm just wondering why the new monitor cannot use all the resolutions and my older monitor can? My video card is a BFG 6800 Ultra OC and I have the most current drivers.

Have you tried unplugging the second monitor (the 16ms one) and running in sinlge-monitor mode?
