Silent Hexen.. ?????

Hi all,

I've just got round to loading Hexen on my XP machine. I can't get any sound though. I ahd a look around and found this..

and loaded it. I then right click the correct (I assume) dos box and click "Run with VDMS". The game still runs.. but still no sound.

Any ideas?

Try downloading DOSBox and running Hexen through it - that should get it working.

Hi,

Thanks for the link. I've just had a look at the info and it takes a bit of time to set it up properley, so I'll do it Saturday when I have some time to spend. I'll let you know how I get on.
