[resolved] AOE3 install trouble

Hey everyone, I'm trying to install Age of Empires 3 on my computer, and it installs fine, asks for the 2nd CD, then the 3rd, but then it gets to the end, its like "registering" or whatever, and it looks like its almost done, but it stops and gives "error 1603". Once it gave "error 1935". ANy ideas? I really want to play.....

It seems my roommate could install it on his comp no problem, same set of discs. It also isnt asking me for a cd key anymore (it asked the first time, but hasnt since) is there some temporary folder or cache I can empty? Plz help.
