You need to reset your virtual memory. You can do this by:
Right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties". Click on the "Advanced" tab. Click on the "Settings" button under the title of "Performance". Click on the "Advanced" tab. Click on the "Change" button under the "Virtual Memory" title. |

The best thing you can do is try to kill processes before you start playing. Close as many icons on the bottom right of your screen as you can. Type "msconfig" in the run menu and go over to the tab that says startup and uncheck any programs that do not need to start with your computer, if you do this make sure to leave your firewall and other essentials. Another thing you could do is to get more ram and try to lower the graphics settings for the game to make it less demanding on your computer. Tell me if this helps.
