Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith (PC) not starting
Dear Sir, Madam,
I have recently purchased the game Star Wars the Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition for PC, and after a smooth but long installation, I tried to start the game, which wasn't a success. So I downloaded the latest patch (v1.1, EU) and installed it, but this didn't solve the problem. The problem is the following: When I try to launch the game, the normal configuration screen shows up (video/controller, movement, fighting), and when I hit play, a see a black screen and can hear a very jerky sound (1/2 second of silence and 1/2 second of sound) which I believe is the logo sound (lightsaber/force effect sound). And this goes on and on, looping without any picture. I tried to press sensible keys (esc, space, enter, mouse,...) without success. Do you know what can be wrong and how to fix it? Thank you. Sadly, it didn't change anything Something I have also noticed is that the game shows as "not responding" in the task manager, even if I can hear the logo FX sound. Weird. And the task uses about 2 or 3% of the CPU, no more... I am a bit confused and have no idea what is going on. Regards, |

I've just done an uninstall / re-install with Revo; but unfortunately, it didn't change anything. I still have the same problem. However, thank you for making me discover Revo; looks like it is going to be my new best friend. It is a very neat and clean software. Anyother ideas? |
