Stalker SoC running problem

hello all...i just recently downloaded this game and wanted to try it out...installed it,patched it but when i run it i got error in german..yeah its about page file size,it needs to be atleast 2gb...so i changed it to 3gb...reinstalled game,patched but got the same error again...whats the problem???

i know there were questions about this but i still dont understand it...
my specs meets required ones for Stalker so i think there wouldnt be a prob running it...it is just all about that page file size i think...any help appreciated,thanks in advance!

May I ask where you downloaded the game from?

Thank you....well as usually found it on torrent though...was searching over google and came up with it...you think it may be a problem causing that error to come up ?

Torrents are notorious for having issues. They are also illegal, so we can't help you.

Since STALKER: SoC is only $3.75 on Steam at the moment, why not buy it?
