Sky Defenders

I'm playing my flight sim when all of a sudden, the action locks - I still get the sound of the engines and such - but no action. Then I get a window stating "the English text has stopped working." What the heck is this? Any help here? Thanx!

Re: Sky Defenders

Hi nyguy,
Have you tried a full reinstall of the game?
Use Revo Uninstaller from my sig.
Also get the latest graphics drivers from my sig.
Thanks.

Re: Sky Defenders

Did both tasks; still quitting on me. As much as I hate to say it, I never had this problem when VISTA was my OS. Lol! Thanx for the help, Floop.

Re: Sky Defenders

Have you tried changing the security settings for your game? You need to do this as I have done this for my whole games folder.

right click on the given folder that holds your flight sim game
properties
security
allow full control for all 4 default accounts on the computer.

---or----

You can add the registry file below to your computer which will add a option when you right click on a folder or file giving you full security to it. Its in a RAR file so you will need to extract it. This file is was made by jcgriff2.

Takeownership.rar (its a link from another thread on TSF.
