Multi-client problem

Hey guys! I've yet again come across a problem.

Recently window 7 came out. So I went and did a custom install and reformatted my computer and installed window 7 in it. Wasn't sure if that is the right choice. But then I got a lot of stuff in it and I want to just delete everything. After I installed window 7. I tried to multi-client in a game called Ragnarok ONline. Window mode multi-client. It lags after the second client is on. So I'm wondering how I can fix it? My drivers and everything is up-to-date. This is the spec of my computer
iBUYPOWER Gamer Supreme 928i Intel Core i7 920(2.66GHz) 6GB DDR3 1TB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit.

I remember posting a same thread asking if this computer can handle it and one of the mentor said it can but recommend changing the power supply, which I did not. When I got the computer, i started to play ragnarok online and tried to multi-client. I opened 3 and the third client lag like crazy. But as days goes by, for some reason it doesn't lag no more. The most I can open is 4 now and it doesn't lag as much and it can be played. After I reformat my computer for window 7. It can't handle more then 2. I tried everything, updtae drivers, changing the compatibility from vista to XP and it is the same result. I heard a lot of people can multi-client with 6 client on with no lag.

I'm not really really into ragnarok but this is just something I want to learn and fix it. I want to know what happen and why this is happening. With a computer with that spec, i was surprise i lag horribly. Will be really appreciated if someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance.
