[SOLVED] playing counterstrike and computer crashes,have to hold power button to shut

It just started to accure. i have a gateway.

model- m-6867

processor: intel(R)core(TM)2 Duo CPU t5750 @2.00GHz

memory: 4.00 gb

system type: 64-Bit Operating System'

Graphics card: Powered by ATI

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2006

It's a brand new computer please help me with my problem :) thanks much.

Hi Headshots. Welcome to TSF.

Could you please try all of these steps. Also try this; go to the game's properties in Steam and select the tab "Local Files", then press the button "Verify integrity of game cache".

i found out what the problem was, my internet speed is DSL/768 and it was on cable/fiber 10m idk how was on that but thanks so much for the help :D
