Command&Conquer Generals HELP!!!

Hello!
I have a problem ...
When i try to play Command and conquer Generals/Zero hour online i get an error:
I go to multiplayer->Online(and it says me there i need an patch i click downloadthe patch it is downloading and when is finished it says that i need to press ok to install patch...)i click ok it exits from game it starts to update and i get this error:

Is this is a legal copy due to obvious shortcuts and you running Utorrent at the time of the screenshot?

let me explain the error
the patch found the .exe file but it's not the file that it expected
are you using any crack? is it the original game?

is not original game i get it from ************ and......yes i use crack no-dvd i think
Is there any solution?if not please say me how to close the topic(im new sorry)
