Saw sound problem PLEASE HELP!!

Saw the video game just came to stores, about 1 week ago . I of course downloaded it, from [SOURCE INFO REMOVED BY MODERATOR] . I installed it and started to play it . Then, no sound . I went to google.com and search for help . I founded 2 posts what sent me to this page [LINK REMOVED BY MODERATOR]. I followed direct orders, started to play and again . No Sound .
In Game sometimes a letter (little) in a bit down from the center in left side and it says: "Unknown command:..."
In ... there are different things like Scary sound and JigSaw speech and something like that .
Can someone please help me ?
