There aren't really any programs which can just magically boost performance. Try having a look at this thread. It gives a lot of useful info for optimising your system for gaming. Other than that, are you having a problem with a specific game or are you just wanting to boost your performance overall?

Hello melvin721!

If there were a free program to increase RAM, well, that would be the best thing that ever happened to computers. Unfortunately, to increase ram, you need to actually configure the computer hardware, which means adding ram into it manually. To improve RAM, you need to buy more and put it into your computer. I would speak to a computer expert in your area for help with installing the RAM, as it isn't too easy of a task. You could, however, use the thread that Lord Sirian gave you and get some tips from that.

While it's not technically a program, you could always overclock your hardware.
However, in most cases it's not worth voiding the warranty for a minimal performance boost and you are better off simply upgrading the existing hardware.
