Anno 1404 graphical issues
Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire 5935G notebook: Intel Core2Duo T6400 @ 2.0 Ghz 4 GB DDR3 RAM Nvidia Geforce GT 130M & Intel GMA 4500MHD When I run Anno 1404 with the Geforce card active , it runs fine at near max details , but I have this issue (at any level of detail): ![]() When I run it with the Intel card active, it runs like hell at low , but everything looks ok. I don't have the problem I had with the geforce card. However, I want to play it on the geforce for obvious reasons. Anyone know what's going on? I tried changing the video drivers for the geforce card, but on the official Acer website , there is only one version of drivers for Windows 7 x64. And when i try with the drivers on the nvidia website, they say that I don't have the correct hardware (it also says on the nvidia website that the drivers don't support hybrid power, so i guess that would be the problem.) Anyone have any idea what might be going on? P.s. Could it have anything to do with the fact that I installed it while I was on the Intel card and it might have configured itself automatically? Re: Anno 1404 graphical issues
i can't install them.
the installer says: nvidia setup installer cannot detect any drivers that are compatible with your hardware. :( it's definitely a driver issue, as the gma displays everything correctly opposed to the geforce. but i have no idea how to install the reference nvidia drivers. on the acer website i have only one driver version for x64 and that's the one i have installed right now. i suppose that me being unable to install the official nvidia drivers might have something to do with the fact that the gma might be active when i try to install them. but i have no idea how to turn it off without physically assaulting it with a hammer. and that would be kinda counterproductive.
