Empire Earth 3 - Cant Find Hardware Mouse Setting.

ok so i got empire earth 3 the other day, when i started to play, my mouse kept flashing everytime i move it around. which means the hardware mouse setting would have to be off.

i went to the settings but i could not find the hardware mouse setting. if someone could tell me how/where to get it, i would REALLY appreciate it.

Can you list your hardware specs?
CPU
RAM
Motherboard
Graphics Card
PSU (power supply unit)
HDD

Can you also go and do these steps here.

Can you not list your whole problem in bold next time, please. Its very annoying to read.

thats all i could find out, i dont know how to find out the rest :(
im not good with computers.

In the steps Mcninjaguy linked to, there should be a link to how to find out your system specs. Please do all of those steps.

ive done them but they didnt help and i patched the game and still nothing comes up with the hardware mouse setting.
its strange because mainly ALL the games i have played have it, idk why they didnt put it on Empire Earth 3 :/
