Steam Login for L4d

Can someone help. when i try to play left 4 dead sp, it says i got to sign in. even when i already sign in, it still won't let me.

Does it say you're signed in? Did you enter the correct login information?

Make sure your anti-virus and firewall are not blocking the game. Also, could you tell me if you bought this game from a store or not?

yeah. its just that, it used to work when i sign in, but it doesn't now.

Turning off Fire wall for few minutes wont hurt anything

Also check STEAM(C) website FAQ's (Frequantly asked Questions) and check if your on that trouble, or not.

Also check up if your really signed in or not, some people miss that

Does any other game on steam give you this problem?

What are your system specs?

RAM
CPU
Motherboard
Graphics Card
PSU
OS (Which service pack and is it 32 or 64 bit?)
