need help about MuOnline

hello everyone
i`m having lags with game calld MuOnline
my cpu usage gets to 97% sometimes, when theres a bit much ppl its 100% on sigh.
i`ve asked much people and they didnt know why its that lag, thers ppl with 1 core pc and they dont lag like that..

i hope anyone of you can help me. thanks.
my system is:
processor : pentium(R) dual-core CPU e5200 2,50 ghz
installed memory: 4.00 GB (3.25 GB usable)

i`m using windows seven ultimate ( had same problem with vista home basic)

and video card is GeForce 9500 GT 512MB

i forgot the dl link soz, it was direct download so i just started to dl it and closed the window =p

anyways. is there anyone who could help me?
