Changing refresh rate before game.

I downloaded Rise and Fall. A cool game that worked on my new pc. But I got a higher graphics card. When I tried to run this game my screen goes: Input not supported. Usually this happens when the refresh rate isn't 60 for me. Is there a way to run a game with a certain refresh rate?

can you please specify where you downloaded the game from?

I downloaded it from GamersHell. Midway decided to make the game free. It's ad supported.

Edit: It worked then I change the resolution a bit lower and then same problem! ;o

try to lower the desktop resolution or lower the monitor refresh rate
