I can't run my Half Life 2!?!?

Hi there, let's just cut to the chase without introduction. I downloaded Half Life 2 off of utorrent. The only problem is that I can't even play it. Because every time I try to play it, it brings up the error report screen. I've been able to play GMOD 10, but not half life 2. Any suggestions on how 2 fix this? Because if they're isn't, I'm not going to be very happy because I can't play my game.

So plz someone help me!!!
