COD4 Looping Sound Issue

Hi, I have similiar problem: When I've started some games like Call of Duty 4 or Mass Effect the game frozes with looping sounds and only thing that helps is hard reset. So I downloaded various newer drivers (old one was 169.04, I have M8600GT and Win XP Pro) and the problem only worsen (after installing some of the drivers - 175.97 and newest 186.81 - I got same problem with all 3D games or even while playing video) or persisted (XTreme-G 182.06m drivers).
I tried some tests (memtest, BurnInTest, 3DMark06) and everything have passed without flaws.

Interesting thing is, that I had reinstalled Windows already because of i wanted solve this problem in Mass Effect but before the reinstall Call of Duty 4 worked well.
What is even more interesting is that when I was trying Windows 7 Beta on other hard drive everything including Mass Effect worked well.

Any ideas?
