Can Dell XPS M1330 Play This Games?

1) ARMA II

2) Batman Arkham Asylum

3) Street Fighter 4

4) Sims 3

5) STALKER Clear Sky

Likewise could you recommend games that are:

a) Realistic FPS, realistic weapons. Already played popular FPSs such as COD, CSS, Rainbow 6, Battlefield 2, L4D, Killing Floor.

b) RPGs with flashy magic effects. Already played popular RPGs such as Oblivion, Neverwinter Nights.

* Would like to you YouGamers but it doesnt seem to be working for me.
* Some games are not in SystemLabRequirements or results are inaccurate

Hello,
the Geforce 8400m GS is a low end card and it could play those games on the lowest possible settings with low resolution (800 x 600)
the best playable for you on this list is Sims 3
I think ARMA II is the best realistic shooter game you can get after America's Army
RPGs with magic: Dragon Age, you can wait for that game, it looks promising

Yes, a PS1 emulator would work on your computer, but where are you planning on getting the games from?

The vast majority of PS1 games are protected by copyright, so any game ROMs you download and install using the emulator are illegal.
