Very low FPS

I renectley purchased TF2 but i have run into the problem that after aprox. 5-10mins of gameplay my Fps will drop significatnly, but my ping will still stay the same, which makes it almost impossible to play. I lowered all video settings to thier lowest configuration except for resolution, which i left at 1024x768 Fullscreen. The game can play for longer periods of time without problems, but will still occasioncaly suffer the FPS drops, after which i have to restart TF2 to get them to stop. Is thier someting wrong with my setup? because all my other games run perfectly fine and i meet the reconmended system requirments

Re: Very low FPS

hello,
download SIW from my sig
open it and choose "Sensors" under hardware

check your PC temps (CPU, GPU, HDD) and then play the game for about 20 mins, minimize it and then recheck the PC temps again
please post both temp state here (idle and under stress)

Re: Very low FPS

Can you post your temps using Coretemp and GPU-Z?

Those temperature above just confuse me as they don't relate to anything in particular.
