Very low FPS on my rig

Hey guys. Ever since I reformatted my computer, I haven't been getting the performance I used to get out of it.

For example. My avg framerate in Company of Heroes was usually 100-110.
Now it jumps between 40-80 while the minimum dips down to 5.

Crysis is now unplayable. I'm even using the same exact settings.

I know something is definitely wrong because my brother's computer who has similar specs but with a geforce 9500 and AMD Phenom x3, gets much better performance in COH on higher settings than I do.

I'm not good with this computer stuff so I would really appreciate any help. Thanks guys.

Re: Very low FPS on my rig

Hi and thank you!

My PSU is a Corsair TX650W.

By the way.. I did run a driver sweep and reinstalled latest Nvidia drivers which seemed to help some of the stuttering but the framerates are still dipping very low.

Can you tell me your 12v rail on these programs. I ask for three programs as they can differ from the what the bios says.

download SIW from my sig
under hardware choose Sensors
check the temps
play for about 20 to 30 mins and then recheck the temps again
