Relocating the console marquee in CoD4...?

Is their a way that I, under my player profile can modify the cfg file in order to have the console marquee (which is about half way up and to the left of the screen, lowered below the obituaries names)? I know you can modify it when hosting a server, but to the individual would be nice I cant stand half of my screen being marquees scrolling: No bunny Hopping, No glitching, if it was located down away from field of view that would be nice.

If anyone has insight...

I am not sure, you can try using a different screen resolution though.
