I want to buy a laptop for gaming, but I don't know much about RAM and graphics and stuff.

There isn't really such a thing as a "gaming laptop" as laptops in general aren't built for that type of stress. The components inside are closely packed and designed for lower speed with less heat output. When you stress them they expel more heat, often causing the whole thing to lock and shut down. In short, if you want to game get a desktop PC.

Yep. Laptop + game = not good.

Desktops cost far less than laptops, don't have overheating issues and can be easily upgraded.

Unless you absolutely NEED a laptop, you should get a desktop instead.
