Rappelz| When I load rappelz, Click my Server and once I do it disconnects me

I load Rappelz, Click Tanda and It does this:

All I can do when that happens is Click "Confirm" and it then closes Rappelz all together, Please Help!

Did you try contacting customer support about the issue?

Also, have you tried opening ports for Rappelz in your router?
