galactic battlegrounds

I've been playing star wars galactic battlegrounds, and for some reason, it's always crashing to the desktop, saying: swgb has encountered a problem. I've downloaded the WinlauncherXP, and I'm not sure what to do now. Help!

Try uninstalling the game using Revouninstaller and reinstall again. If you still get the problem, then try doing all the other steps listed in the "Gaming troubleshooting steps" link in my signature. Also, please post your system specs (motherboard, CPU, hard drive, video card, power supply unit (PSU)).
