Counter Strike: Source Freezes

Hey guys when i play css and i play a game and then quit it and go to another game it loads all the maps up and then it pulls up a screen asking you to play and then it just freezes.Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Hi JaYHaW, welcome to TSF.

Could you please follow the steps listed here. Make sure to post your full system specs if none of those steps work.

Also, could you be a little more clear about the problem. When you say you load up a game, quit out then load up another game I assume you still mean CS:S? Also, the screen that asks you to play, is that the screen where you choose to be Terrorist or Counter Terrorist or a different screen?
