what type of laptop is recomended?

I do not have a laptop nor have i had one. I am thinking about getting one so i can have my own laptop that can support the games i play and still be able to run word preograms for school. the games that i want to be able to play are the starcraft games and starcraft 2 when it comes out. i also want to be able to play Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 when it comes out.

If someone could recomend a laptop that can do that it would be much appreciated. It may be i dont even need anything fancy and just any normal laptop will do

Re: what type of laptop is recomended?

Hi, welcome to TSF

To play Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, and other similar games, you will need a fairly expensive laptop with a quality graphics card that supports Pixel/Vertex Shaders (not the onboard/integrated graphics that cheaper laptops use).

Or, to save money and get better gaming performance, go for a dual-core desktop.

What's your price limit, and what country are you in? (so we can recommend online stores that ship to your country)

Re: what type of laptop is recomended?

It's kinda expensive if you really want a gaming laptop especially for playing diablo 3. But the one above me from rockmaster should do it, it has a good specs and is good enough for gaming not just for diablo 3. But like what koala said, if you want to save money and better performance go with desktop.
