Mistake Problem with GTA 3

Hai all,
Iam a beginner here and forgive any mistakes in this Thread.

My sys. is Win. XP installed with processor AMd Sempron with Ram 256. I have VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro IGP which uses 64 MB of memory. I hav directX 9.0 installed.
But still when I play GTA 3 the game stucks after some time and system restarts automatically. And shows an error message -"A drawing error" happened.
Also it says to update my display driver. But I haven't got any update in the internet better than that I hav.
I tried many ways like decreasing draw dist., brighteness, set the trailer off, changed resolution to 640 etc....
What is prblm really and how can I solve it? Please help me out.
