Need help trying to get my computer to play COD4

I cant get my computer to play games such as cod 4 or any of does games really good looking 3d games. Can someone plzz tell me why i am not able to play these types of games.

CPU
Motherboard
RAM
Graphics Card
PSU (power supply unit)
