Counter-Strike 1.6 Low FPS

Hey guys, when I play Counter-Strike, I usually get 10-60 FPS. I've turned on Asynchronous Flip and turned off Anisotropic Filtering. It didn't give much of a boost.

I'm using a Compaq Windows XP Desktop, 2.8 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, and Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller.

I'd be happy with constant 60 FPS :)

Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to TSF,
Unfortunately your integrated graphics controller is not good enough to run most games. You will not be able to get a constant 60FPS because the intel graphics can't handle it.

hello
try to set the resolution at 800 x 600
and see if that makes any changes
