Re: Help
Hi hellpkz and welcome to TSF,
When you restore your PC back to factory settings (The day you bought it) you will need to manually install all the drivers again. Can you please post your System specs so i can help determine what drivers you need.

Re: Help
Use my sig to get the latest DirectX.
For web based games you will need things like Shockwave and adobe flash player. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

Re: Help
Whats you graphics card?
To get a detail list of your system specs go to Start > accessories > Run and type Dxdiag. Once it has fully loaded press "Save all Information" and upload the txt file as an attachment.

Re: Help
By the looks of things you have no graphical drivers installed so XP is using basic drivers just to get the screen working. Go to this link it should scan your system and detect your Integrated chipset and download the right drivers.
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htm Ive also noticed that you only have 1.2GB of free space left on your HDD. If you wish to play games that are installed on your system you will need more free space. Games may use +500MB of HDD space while playing them.To solve this issue completely i'd go out and buy a new HDD and install all games to that HDD.
