Re: Can I play COD5?
hello,
like Mcninja said, you could play the game at low settings and 800 x 600 resolution, but you won't get a good and satisfying fps, maybe 30 max, and there are moments in the game where the fps drops a lot (explosions, etc...) and no you can't set the game to run at 16 bit

Re: Can I play COD5?
well you can upgrade your video card, but in that case you also need a new power supply
what is your budget? can you pay to get these 2 components? you need around 150$

Re: Can I play COD5?
I doubt you'll enjoy the game on that system. You'll have to run it at minimum settings and you'll almost certainly still get horrible FPS.
You really should upgrade if possible.

Re: Can I play COD5?
with 350 euro you can get a new motherboard, a new CPU, a new video card and a new PSU
let's see: - Motherboard: Asus P5KPL 56$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131288 - CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad6600: 199$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115017 - Video Card: EVGA Geforce 9800 GTX: 130$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150329 - PSU: Corsair 650 W, 100$, 80$ after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=Corsair%20650 Total: 465$ -----> 327 Euro

Re: Can I play COD5?
never buy a prebuilt PCs the one you are referring to are very weak
also they come with very bad PSU so I think the best way is to build your own PC and it won't cost you near 500 Euros and it'll kick some PCs a** you can trust me on that

Re: Can I play COD5?
of course 9800 GTX is better than 9600 GT, but if you choose 9600 GT it'll do for now, you can play almost all games on high and medium resolution like 1280 x 1024
but don't forget to get a high quality PSU either way, the Corsair 650 W will do just fine
